This is one of the coolest conversions ever

You can see in one of the pics that the front plate, pole piece, and alnico donut are absent. The only thing remaining in the pot is the horn throat.

I've never seen one up close, I figured the horn throat was part of the pole piece.

Looking again...... now I see it, now that I make the picture bigger. I think I tried making it bigger before, but couldn't. I can indeed see it's just a void. I guess GPA could still make it right, but it shouldn't be necessary. Why anyone would do that is beyond me.
